When competition was halted the North Carolina Central University Lady Eagles were leading the women's competition with 38 points.  Bowie State University sat in second place with 22 points with Saint Augustine's College in third with 21 and WSSU in fourth with 14.

On the men's side of things, the Saint Augustine's College Falcons lead the event with 29 points with North Carolina Central in second with 28 points.  WSSU and Livingstone College are tied for fifth place with 13 points each.
